Position Open: Full Time LPC

Department: Mental Health and Special Services

Position: Fulltime, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide mental health counseling

Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Population: Residential and outpatient clients with dual diagnoses, mental health and substance use dependence. The bulk of the current case load is comprised of NDTC residential patients who are adult males over the age of 18. Outpatients are males and females over the age of 18. Some psych-only patients.

Duties: Under supervision by the Mental Health Director, provide diagnostic assessment and mental health treatment to residential and outpatient clients. Work with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care. Complete clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings with patients, substance abuse therapists, case managers, and medical personnel to establish treatment plans for highest quality of care. Must hold minimum credentials of LPC with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social worker, and Marriage Therapy and Family Board.

Position Open: IT Helpdesk

Agency: New Destiny Treatment Center

Department: IT

Position: Fulltime, Helpdesk Support

Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday



• Provide first contact with staff for all tech requests

• Escalate any request(s) when unable to solve issue(s)

• Perform maintenance and updates on end user devices and network equipment

• Test and install hardware and software

• Stage new hardware for deployment to end users and network

• Document common client issues and resolutions



• Professional experience or internship in a Microsoft Windows environment; some knowledge of macOS / OS X is beneficial

• Ability to quickly and efficiently research and solve tech issues

• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to convey potentially complicated or technical issues to non-technical staff

• Self-motivating and ability to work well independently

• Technical certifications and headway towards a BA/BS in computer science or related field is a plus
