Admission Criteria:

18+ years old. Able to detox in outpatient setting.

The Intake Process:

The intake process is the first step in the treatment journey. The patient will be scheduled for "Suboxone Orientation," at which time intake forms are filled out, treatment protocol and patient education regarding Suboxone is discussed, a urine drug screen is collected and the patient is sent to a lab for bloodwork - reviewed by the physician prior to receiving Suboxone.

What Happens During Treatment?:

After the patient has been fully assessed during intake, an appointment will be made with the physician to begin the detoxification process and determination of a daily dose. This will be followed by weekly addiction therapy by trained and caring professional counselors. Patients will also be required to complete a 6 week Relapse Prevention class when they first start into treatment. All appointments, both with physician and counselor, take place at New Destiny Treatment Center.
