began in 1978 as a volunteer. He is Senior Planner at Lockheed Martin, Akron,
Ohio. He also serves as coordinator of the Apostolic Christian World Relief
Center, Sterling, Ohio.

Lupton

Rev. Lupton was appointed Secretary of the Board of Trustees
in 1999. For 10 years, he served in Prison Fellowship, an organization founded
by Chuck Colson. During that time he conducted seminars in more than 50 state
and federal prisons. He also served as secretary and assistant superintendent
in two districts of the Wesleyan Church.

Ohio. He began volunteering at the Barberton Rescue Mission in the 1970s.

changed at the New Destiny Treatment Center," he says.

Rev. Haynes holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from United Theological
Seminary and holds an undergraduate degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
He has nearly 30 years of experience as a senior pastor and currently serves
as the pastor of Church of the Nazarene, Doylestown, Ohio.

Young

Mr. Young's association
with the treatment center began in the 1970s. He retired from his full-time
job in the 1990s and became very active at the center in 1998. In addition
to his work at the treatment center, he volunteers at several other non-profit
organizations in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area.
